Creative Arts

The arts are valued in Holy Child education as they are an integral expression of our whole child educational philosophy. Guided by the Holy Child idea that the aesthetic experience is essential to the intellectual, spiritual and emotional growth of our students, the Creative Arts Department seeks to spark and nurture creative interest. Beyond our curricular art offerings, our students enjoy opportunities to participate in instrumental music clubs, performing arts groups and visual arts clubs…and more!

    Congratulations to Christina Eng ’10 for winning “Best in Show” in the 2010 Congressional Arts Competition. In this prestigious show, which was held at the Morris Museum, Christina’s painting of the United States Capitol Building, was featured among the select works of over 60 high school artists.
