Our founder, Cornelia Connelly, exhorted her teachers to have reverence for the child, to "lead by love" and to make children happy. She was a teacher ahead of her time and we believe the same is true of the teachers at Oak Knoll today.
Oak Knoll School is distinguished by a team of more than 100 talented dedicated faculty and staff who are committed to realizing the vision of Cornelia Connelly. With a faculty/student ratio of 1:8, our teachers are able to build relationships with students and effectively instill in them a lifelong love of learning. Aware that their influence reaches beyond the classroom our faculty members approach their work both as a responsibility and a privilege. Many of our faculty members coach athletic teams, take part in campus ministry and moderate extracurricular activities.
