Be Part of Something Bigger

"We believe that each person is created by God for an intended purpose. An Oak Knoll education inspires students to discover that purpose and make a significant, positive impact on the world."

Our mission statement was carefully crafted to be straightforward yet powerful. Guided by the teachings of Holy Child founder Cornelia Connelly and from the mission of the Society of the Holy Child Jesus, Oak Knoll’s calling is to cultivate the gifts and talents of each student so that they can make a difference in our society.

Holy Child Goals

Founded in 1924, we proudly offer an independent Catholic education grounded in the values and philosophy of the Holy Child Network of Schools that inform every aspect of our mission:

Living Our Mission

Oak Knoll was founded by the Society of the Holy Child Jesus and is a member of the Holy Child Network of Schools, which includes nine schools in the U.S. and 13 overseas. Here, our students describe what the seven Holy Child Goals mean to them.

In partnership with the American Province Society of the Holy Child Jesus, based in Rosemont, Pennsylvania, and alongside schools in England, Ireland, France, Nigeria, and Ghana, Oak Knoll shares the unified mission of the Schools of the Holy Child Jesus. We are committed to inspiring our students to achieve their fullest potential and transform their lives through the power of education, where they live by faith, learn by doing, and lead by example.
