Wellness at Oak Knoll

From the earliest grades in the Lower School who benefit from a full-time counselor who teaches executive functioning skills and mental health and wellness to our Upper School students who engage in mindfulness and stress management workshops, Oak Knoll’s wellness program is designed to support the well-being of every student. Through individual counseling sessions, group discussions, and wellness education, we aim to equip our students with the tools needed to navigate life's challenges with resilience and emotional intelligence. Our commitment to wellness ensures that academic achievement is balanced with mental health and personal growth, fostering a supportive environment where every student can thrive.

Our Wellness Curriculum

Students can choose from a range of classes that emphasize fun, dynamic movement and fitness concepts, including morning wellness sessions and traditional PE classes during the school day. Our curriculum is designed to be intellectually stimulating and safe for students of all physical abilities, promoting self-assessment and personal growth.
