Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child’s Varsity Field Hockey team defeated Pingry 7-0 in the North Jersey Non-Public Sectional Final on November 13, 2024. This victory marked their 13th-straight Sectional Championship win, second consecutive shutout against Pingry, and their 17th title overall.
The game occurred on Pingry’s home turf at Babbitt Field. The Royals will now face rival Camden Catholic in the group finals on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 4 p.m., at Bordentown High School.
The second-seeded Royals are ranked 3rd in the state with a record of 16-6-1.
Earlier this season, the Royals enjoyed winning their 15th-straight Union County Championship and defeated St. Elizabeth in the state quarterfinal round and MKA in the semifinal round.
