Oak Knoll School Hosts 31st Annual Royal Boutique Shopping Event In Summit
Christopher Starr

The Oak Knoll Parents’ Association is proud to announce the school’s much anticipated holiday shopping event, the annual Royal Boutique, will be held on campus, entering its fourth decade in Summit from November 14-16, 2024. The annual shopping extravaganza will be held in the Tisdall Hall Gymnasium at 83 Ashland Road in Summit, NJ.

This two-and-a-half-day event is a popular lead-in to the holidays for members of the greater Summit community. Thousands of shoppers enter the Oak Knoll gymnasium each November to shop at the boutique, searching for interesting holiday and hostess finds.

Twenty-five percent of sales support Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child, a private Catholic PK-12 school in Summit, New Jersey. This tradition brings faculty, parents, students, staff, and community members together to support the school and each other in a relaxed, festive setting.

Over 40 exclusive vendors will offer a large selection of men’s, women’s, children’s, and babies’ clothing: popular toys and games, home goods, monogrammed items, accessories, handbags, jewelry, specialty foods, gifts, and much, much more.

New this year, families can capture the holiday magic with Santa! Barring any travel delays arriving from the North Pole, Santa can meet your children and pose for cherished and complimentary keepsake photos. Santa is available on Saturday, November 16, from 10-11 a.m. and 12-2 p.m.

“The Parents’ Association has been working tirelessly to make this year’s event the best ever!” said Cynthia Prewitt, Oak Knoll’s Director of Institutional Advancement. Dozens of Oak Knoll parents volunteer their time to set up and staff the event, which this year is Co-chaired by parents Dr. Maryse Manasse-Romain and Mrs. Francesca McBride.

Get a head start on holiday shopping, or simply treat yourself or a friend to something special at The Royal Café and Bakery, which will also be open on Friday, Nov. 15, and Saturday, Nov. 16.

The Royal Boutique is free to the public, and the hours are as follows:

  • Thursday, November 14: 6-9 p.m.
  • Friday, November 15: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 16, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Oak Knoll School’s Tisdall Hall location is on Ashland Road, located between Larned and Manor Hill roads, directly across from Memorial Field.
