Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child announced Friday, March 13, 2020, the appointment of Kelly Dun, the school’s first Director of Enrollment Management. She will oversee student admission, financial aid and retention efforts, as well as manage the Admission Office’s three full-time staff.

Ms. Dun brings nearly 30 years of experience in secondary education, both as a classroom teacher and as an administrator, and she has a wealth of experience and knowledge about enrollment management in a broad variety of school and organizational contexts.

“Kelly was the clear choice throughout the search process,” said Oak Knoll Head of School Timothy J. Saburn. “Kelly’s extensive experience and proven track record in enrollment management made her the ideal leader for our Admissions Office. She understands the Oak Knoll community, our guiding principles and our mission to develop strong minds and humble hearts.”

Ms. Dun is currently the Assistant Head of School for External Relations at the Newgrange School in Princeton, NJ. She opened and established the mid-Atlantic regional office of the Give Something Back Foundation, an organization devoted to expanding college access to first-generation families. She led enrollment management at North Yarmouth Academy and The Tatnall School and spent 16 years at Princeton Day School, serving as Director of Admissions, Director of Financial Aid and Director of Enrollment Management.

Ms. Dun co-chaired The Enrollment Management Association’s Admission Leadership Council for six years, was the chair of the New Jersey Association of Independent School’s Admission Steering Committee for seven years, and has been a frequent presenter at national, state and regional conferences. She serves as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate for New Jersey-area foster youth and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Doane Academy. She earned a B.A. in Spanish from the University of New Hampshire and her M.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania.
