  • Field Trip Nurses

    Oak Knoll seeks substitute registered nurses to be called upon on an as-needed basis.  Qualified candidates will be expected to care for and give first aid to students and staff; administer meds as needed; maintain records of all visits and treatments and tend to medical emergencies as they arise. Candidates must have a current and valid NJ RN license. Must also have current BLS and AED training. Candidates must be knowledgeable in the care of students with epilepsy and diabetes. Experience in school nursing is a plus.

  • Varsity Girls' Cross Country Head Coach

    Oak Knoll seeks a head coach for its girls’ high school varsity cross country team. To be considered for this position, the applicant will need to be proficient in teaching and developing athletes in distance running. The applicant should have experience coaching and/or competing at the collegiate level. The season will run from August 13, 2018 through November 2018. The position will be expected to be available for weekday practices, approximately 3:30-6 p.m., and for meets during the week and on weekends. If interested, additional running coach positions available for winter and spring track.

  • JV Girls' Tennis Coach

    Oak Knoll seeks a coach for its girls’ JV Tennis team. To be considered for this position, the applicant will need to be proficient in teaching tennis. The applicant should have experience coaching and/or competing in tennis. The season runs from August 13, 2018 through October 2018, and the position will be expected to be available for weekday practices, approximately 3:30-6 p.m., and for matches during the week and an occasional weekend.

  • Middle School Girls' Field Hockey Coach

    Oak Knoll seeks a coach for its girls’ middle school field hockey program. To be considered for this position, the applicant will need to be proficient in teaching girls field hockey. The applicant should have experience coaching and/or competing in field hockey. The team practices/plays on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from September 5, 2018 through November 2, 2018, from about 3:15-5 p.m.

  • Lower School Substitute Teachers

    Oak Knoll seeks qualified substitute educators to work with students in grades K to 6 on a per diem basis.

    Degree Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree and above or in their senior year of undergraduate studies at an accredited college or university.
    Job Responsibilities will include:
    • Willing to be contacted for coverage the morning of placement
    • Must be able to work the full school day of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
    • Support the teacher by implementing the daily curriculum for assigned grade level
    • Create and maintain a positive, structured learning environment
    • Hold students to high academic and behavior standards consistent with the Oak Knoll School Mission and handbook
    • Hold students accountable during class time, transitions, meals, recess time, and other learning opportunities that may be assigned to the substitute teacher
    • Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a safe environment for all students.
