Registration and Fees

Extended-Day Registration Rules and Guidelines

Please note the following Oak Knoll Extended Day registration guidelines to ensure that we register your child for the program of your choice. Thank you for your cooperation!
  1. We require all participants to fill out a registration form. 
  2. Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis; however we will notify you if we are not able to accept your child into the program. 
  3. We do not send out confirmation letters. 
  4. For classes that fill up quickly, a spot will not be held without a registration form and payment. 
  5. Parents verbally requesting that their children be added to our class roster will be asked to fill out a registration form. This helps us with our record keeping and a “drop-in” fee lists. 
  6. All registration, changes or transfers, and withdrawals must be made in writing.

Extended-Day Fees

For parents who cannot pick up their children at 4:30 p.m., students will be supervised for homework
and computer games. You can drop in any day that we are open, or sign up for a specific day each week
– up to all five days in the week, if needed. Our extended care runs until 5:30 p.m. each day.

Fee: $20*

*A late fee will be charged for each child picked up after 5:30 p.m. The late fee is $25 per each
additional 15 minutes of child care.
