I came to Oak Knoll School in seventh grade, and the moment I arrived for my first day, everyone immediately welcomed me, and the school quickly became my home. The tight-knit, uplifting community, whether in sports, academics, or everyday moments, has helped me grow into the person I am today. Here, I’ve found some of my closest friends and built meaningful relationships with my teachers. OKS has many core values, ones that every student and teacher holds very dearly. OKS’ emphasis on commitment has inspired me to embrace volunteering and actively contribute to causes both at school and in my community, transforming my sense of responsibility and engagement. I’m so grateful I chose OKS, and I’m so excited to continue the rest of my high school journey in a place that has shaped me so much.
