When I received my acceptance letter to Oak Knoll, I was overjoyed and extremely excited to begin my high school experience with this amazing community. From attending a small coed school to a larger all-girls school, I was a little nervous about how the transition would turn out, but once I arrived at Oak Knoll, I knew it was where I belonged and was extremely eager to get started on my journey here. After being at Oak Knoll for three years, I have learned that its community is truly a family where we all value, guide, and care for one another no matter what. This school has come to be my second home, my peers have become my second family, and the teachers and staff truly care about the success of all the students. Every day, our community and school help me grow more confident about the person I am becoming. I am truly so grateful to be part of this incredible community that is much larger than just a school: it is a place that fosters an environment of support, happiness, and belonging.
