Directed by OKS Varsity Cross Country & Track and Field Coach Mickey Cassu. Come join us on the OKS campus turf for expert training by Mickey, his OKS coaching staff, former and current collegiate runners. The camp will focus on skill work, learning all the events in Track and Field, lots of fun and culminate in a mini-meet “Olympic-style.” Each player will receive a T-shirt to take home.
