Empowered Leaders: Nurturing Leadership Skills for Middle School Girls

This program will inspire confidence, foster self-discovery, and equip young girls with the essential skills needed to become influential leaders in their communities and beyond. Each day participants will explore a different theme: effective communication, collaboration and teamwork, problem-solving and decision-making, and community engagement and social responsibility. This course employs a blend of interactive workshops, role-playing activities, group discussions, and guest speaker sessions to provide a holistic learning experience. Participants will learn enhanced leadership skills and a deeper understanding of their unique leadership style.
