Tuition Payment Options

Payment Plans

Choosing a Holy Child private education is a profound commitment, and we wholeheartedly believe it is one of the most remarkable gifts you can give your child. To support our families in this meaningful journey, we offer a range of flexible payment plans, making this invaluable investment more accessible and manageable.

Pay tuition in one installment: 100% of tuition and fees by August 10.
Pay tuition in two installments: 70% of tuition and 100% of fees by August 10 and the remainder by January 10.
Pay tuition in ten installments: 10% of tuition each month beginning March 15 through December 15 and 100% of fees by March 15. A $75 administrative fee is added for the ten-installment option.

Outside Scholarships

Tri-County Scholarship Fund — Oak Knoll partners with Tri-County Scholarship Fund, which awards approximately 500 Kindergarten through 12th grade scholarships each year to qualified students who live within either Morris, Passaic, or Sussex counties of New Jersey.
Scholarship Fund for Inner-City Children - The Scholarship Fund for Inner-City Children invites families with children in grades K-12 who attend Catholic schools within the Archdiocese of Newark to apply for partial-tuition scholarships.

Financial Assistance

Oak Knoll is committed to ensuring that our outstanding students of purpose are able to enroll (and re-enroll) regardless of a family’s ability to pay. We know that the total cost of an Oak Knoll education is significant, and we want all students to be able to fully participate in the life of the school.

How to Apply

Oak Knoll uses Clarity Tuition, a secure third party platform, to assess financial needs based on information such as assets, income, and expenses. The Clarity application for 2025-2026 is now available and typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The Clarity Application is mobile-friendly, so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit, and you can share your application with additional schools that accept the Clarity Application for no additional charge.

Family Information Webinars

Each year, Clarity hosts several Application Info Webinars for families. All families who may be applying to any Clarity school are welcome to attend any of these webinars. During the live session, we will go over some key aspects of the application, things to look out for, materials to gather, how to get help, how the tax verification process works, and a robust Q&A. Typically these will run for about 60 minutes but we will remain live longer if there are lots of questions from parents.

The Peacock Access Fund

The Peacock Access Fund, established by the Alumnae/i Association with continued funding by the Parents’ Association, provides students with equitable access to a full Oak Knoll education by providing financial support for non-tuition expenses. These expenses include academic experiences and community-related activities that incur additional costs for families – bridging a critical gap in our existing financial aid program. This fund seeks to remove financial barriers that may hinder a student’s participation and sense of belonging at Oak Knoll.
