Basketball

The Oak Knoll varsity basketball team had a very successful season finishing 4th in the Union County Conference. After a slow start, the team kicked into gear with big wins over Union Catholic, Morristown Beard, Roselle Catholic and Cranford before a three-game win streak in early February. The team finished strong, winning five of the last six games and advancing to the state semifinals. The Royals defied the odds and were the lowest seed (11) still competing in the state tournament. The coaches look forward to continued improvement for next year.
